Understanding Your Plan and Billing Cycle

ADAcertify offers two core plans:

  • Alert Plan — We scan your website and alert you to accessibility issues. Your team handles the fixes. Billed monthly or annually.

  • Full Service Plan — We scan, fix, and maintain compliance for you. Includes manual remediation by our accessibility team. Billed monthly or annually.

Your billing date is set on the day you first subscribed. You can view your current plan, next billing date, and payment history inside your ADAcertify dashboard under Account → Billing.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

You can change your plan at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard.

  • Upgrading — Takes effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle at the higher rate.

  • Downgrading — Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll retain access to your current plan’s features until that date.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your ADAcertify subscription:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Go to Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

  3. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date, and your account access will remain active until the period ends.

If you purchased ADAcertify through a marketplace (such as JVZoo or AppSumo), please cancel directly through that marketplace’s customer portal rather than through your ADAcertify dashboard.

Refund Policy

ADAcertify offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact our support team and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.

After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, as our team begins active work on your site from the moment your plan is activated. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to support and we will review your case individually.

PDF remediation and VPAT services are project-based and non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel a project before work starts, contact us within 24 hours of submission for a full refund.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Getting an Invoice or Receipt

Invoices and payment receipts are automatically emailed to you after each successful charge. You can also download past invoices at any time from Account → Billing → Invoice History.

If you need a custom invoice for your business records or a tax-exempt certificate processed, contact our support team with your request.

Pro Tip: If you’re on the Full Service Plan and thinking about cancelling due to budget, ask us about the Alert Plan as a lower-cost alternative before you leave — you’ll retain your compliance history and monitoring without starting from scratch.
