Common Questions
Why does clicking Add Pages do nothing?
The Discover Pages button needs a moment to crawl your site. If nothing happens after 60 seconds, try entering individual page URLs manually in the text field below the Discover button, then click Add.
Do I need to reinstall the widget if I add new pages?
No. The widget script stays the same. Simply return to your dashboard, go to Site Settings, and add the new page URLs — the existing widget will pick them up automatically.
Can I add multiple websites under one account?
Yes, depending on your plan. Go to the dashboard and click Add New Site to add additional domains. Check your plan limit under Account > Subscription.
Troubleshooting
Pages not showing after clicking Discover Pages: This usually means your site is blocking crawlers. Try adding pages manually by typing each URL into the manual entry field and pressing Enter after each one.
Widget installed but dashboard shows no data: Allow up to 24 hours after installation for the first data to appear. Confirm the script is in the
tag and not the footer, and that it is present on every page you want monitored.✅ Pro Tip: For sites where you cannot edit the header directly, install the widget via Google Tag Manager — paste the script as a Custom HTML tag triggered on All Pages.
