Go to app.adacertify.io/login in your browser. Use the email address you originally purchased ADAcertify with as your username.

If you see a screen asking for a website name or domain, this is the post-login onboarding wizard introduced in a recent update. It appears once per account. Enter your primary website domain and click Continue.

On the next screen, you may be asked to add pages or install the widget. You can complete this setup now or click Skip for now to go directly to your dashboard.

Once past the onboarding screen, you will land on your main dashboard at app.adacertify.io/dashboard. Bookmark this URL directly to bypass the onboarding entry point on future visits.

If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your purchase email within two minutes.

If you are logging in for the first time and never received a welcome email, check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact support with your purchase receipt and we will resend your access credentials.
Common Questions
Why is the login page asking me for my website like an end user?
A recent update added an onboarding wizard that runs once after login. It is not a separate product — it is part of your dashboard setup. Complete the steps or click Skip to reach your account immediately.
I purchased but the system says my email is not found.
This happens when the purchase was completed with a different email than the one you are trying to log in with. Check your JVZoo or payment confirmation email for the exact address used at checkout and use that to log in.
Can I stay logged in across sessions?
Yes. Check the Remember Me box on the login screen and your session will persist for 30 days without requiring a password.

Stuck in a loop on the onboarding screen: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then visit app.adacertify.io/login again. If the issue persists, try a different browser or incognito mode.
