1. Go to app.adacertify.io/login. Enter the email and password you used when purchasing. You can also click Login with Google if you signed up with Google.

2. If a screen asks for your website name after login, this is the onboarding wizard that runs once per account. Enter your domain and click Continue.

3. Once logged in, you land on your Dashboard. The left navigation shows all 6 features: Dashboard, Accessibility Widget, Accessibility Monitor, Accessibility Audits, VPAT, and Image ALT.

4. Bookmark app.adacertify.io/dashboard directly to skip the login entry on future visits when your session is active.

5. Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password on the login screen — a reset link arrives within two minutes.

6. No welcome email? Check spam, search for adacertify, or contact support@adacertify.io with your purchase receipt.
