Check your email inbox for your ADAcertify welcome email. This email contains your dashboard login link, a link to the bonus delivery schedule, and your agency onboarding checklist. If it is not in your inbox, check spam and search for adacertify.

Log into app.adacertify.io and navigate to the Agency tab in the top menu. Your agency white-label dashboard is managed from here.

To access your reseller funnel, look in your welcome email or your JVZoo purchase page for a link labelled Agency Funnel Access or Reseller Materials. This is separate from your dashboard and contains your pre-built sales funnel pages.

Your bonus deliverables are delivered by email over 14 days following your purchase on this schedule: Day 1 — dashboard access; Day 3 — agency website template; Day 7 — email swipes; Day 14 — sales script training. Check your inbox each day.

To set up your agency website, follow the instructions in the Day 3 delivery email. The template is provided as a ClickFunnels or WordPress import — follow the step-by-step guide in that email to import and customise it with your branding.

If you have not received a bonus email by its scheduled day, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact support@adacertify.io with your purchase email and the specific bonus you are missing — it will be resent within 24 hours.
Common Questions
How do I know what bonuses I am supposed to receive and when?
Your welcome email contains a full bonus schedule. If you cannot find it, contact support and ask for the Agency Bonus Schedule — they will send you a copy with the delivery timeline.
Can I use the agency funnel to sell ADAcertify services to clients immediately?
Yes. The funnel is set up with your affiliate link or reseller credentials. Customise the copy with your own name and agency brand before sending traffic to it.
I received my agency website template but I do not know how to set it up.

Troubleshooting
Day 7 email with email swipes has not arrived: Check spam first. If still not found after waiting 24 hours past the expected delivery date, email support@adacertify.io with subject line Missing Day 7 Bonus and your purchase email address.
Agency tab not visible in dashboard: Log out and log back in to refresh your session permissions. If still not visible, your account may not have been provisioned to the Agency tier yet — contact support with your purchase receipt.
