Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Log into app.adacertify.io and click Client in the top right navigation bar. This opens the Agency Client Management area. If you do not see the Client button, confirm your plan includes Agency features under Account > Subscription.
-
Click Add New Client and enter the client’s name, their primary website URL, and optionally their email address. Click Create Client.
-
The client will now appear in your Client list. Click into the client record to access their dedicated dashboard where you can add their sites, run scans, and manage reports independently from your own account.
-
To add websites under a client account, open the client record, click Add Site, and follow the standard site setup process. All sites added here count against the client’s allocation, not your master account.
-
To generate a report for a client, go into their account, click Reports, and click Generate Report. If you have white-label enabled, the report will carry your branding rather than ADAcertify’s.
-
To give a client direct access to their own dashboard, click Share Access within their client record and enter their email. They will receive a login invitation that gives them view-only access to their own compliance data.
Common Questions
How many client accounts can I create?
The number of client accounts depends on your Agency plan tier. Go to Account > Subscription to see your client account limit. Contact support to upgrade if you need more.
Can clients log in and see their own data without seeing my other clients?
Yes. When you share access with a client, they only see their own account. They cannot see your other clients or your master agency dashboard.
Can I transfer a site from my main account to a client account?
Currently sites need to be re-added under the client account rather than transferred. Add the site to the client account, install the widget on the client’s site using the new widget code, and then delete the site from your main account.
Troubleshooting
Client button not visible in navigation: This feature is available on Agency plan and above. Try logging out and back in to refresh your permissions, or contact support.
Client cannot log in after receiving the share access invitation: Invite emails sometimes land in spam. Ask the client to search for adacertify in their inbox. If the invite has expired (links expire after 48 hours), resend from the Client record.
✅ Pro Tip: Create a naming convention for your clients from day one — for example, using the client’s domain name as the client label. This keeps your agency dashboard clean as you scale and makes it easy to find the right client record quickly.
