Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Log into your dashboard at app.adacertify.io and click Account in the top right corner, then select Subscription. Your current plan name and site limit will be displayed. Look for the Sites Allowed field.
-
To see how many sites you have already added, go to the main Dashboard. Each site appears as a card — count the existing cards to see your current usage.
-
To add a new site, click Add New Site on the dashboard. If you have reached your plan limit, a message will appear telling you to upgrade.
-
To upgrade your plan and add more sites, click Upgrade Plan on the Subscription page or contact support at support@adacertify.io with your purchase email.
-
If you purchased the Agency plan and need to manage client sites separately from your own, use the Client Accounts feature under the Agency tab rather than adding them all to your main dashboard.
Common Questions
I purchased the Agency bundle — how many sites does that include?
Log into Account > Subscription to see the exact site count assigned to your purchase. If it does not match what was advertised, contact support with your purchase receipt.
Can I remove a site and replace it with a different domain?
Yes. Go to the site you want to remove, click Site Settings, scroll to the bottom and click Delete Site. The slot will free up and you can add a new domain in its place.
Do subdomains count as separate sites?
Yes. Each unique subdomain (for example, blog.yoursite.com and shop.yoursite.com) counts as a separate site against your plan limit.
Troubleshooting
Add New Site button is missing or greyed out: You have reached your plan’s site limit. Upgrade your plan or delete an existing site to free up a slot.
Site was added but is not scanning: Confirm the widget is installed on that domain and at least one page has been added under Site Settings > Pages.
✅ Pro Tip: If you are reselling ADAcertify services to clients, use the Agency Client Accounts feature rather than adding all client sites to your own dashboard. This keeps your reporting clean and lets you generate separate compliance reports per client.
