If you cannot log in, check the email you used at purchase. Your ADAcertify welcome email with login instructions may have gone to spam or promotions. Search for adacertify in your inbox.

If you cannot find any confirmation email, log into your JVZoo account at jvzoo.com and go to Purchases. Your ADAcertify order will appear there if the transaction was successful.

If the JVZoo purchase shows as complete but you still have no access, contact support at support@adacertify.io and include your purchase receipt or order number. Account access will be restored within one business day.

If the payment genuinely failed (no receipt, not in JVZoo purchases), return to the checkout page and reattempt with a different card or payment method.
Common Questions
My card was charged but the page said payment failed.
This happens occasionally when the payment processor confirms the charge after the checkout page times out. Check your bank statement — if the charge appears, your subscription is active. Contact support with your bank reference number to get your account set up.
I paid for the Agency plan but my dashboard only shows a basic plan.
This is usually a plan assignment delay. Log out, wait 10 minutes, and log back in. If the correct plan is still not showing, contact support with your purchase receipt and they will manually update your account tier.
Can I get a duplicate receipt?
Yes. Log into your JVZoo account, go to Purchases, find your ADAcertify order, and click Get Receipt.
Troubleshooting
Checkout completed but no welcome email received after 24 hours: Check all email folders including spam, promotions, and updates. If still not found, contact support@adacertify.io with the email address you used at purchase.
Payment declined at checkout: Try a different browser, disable browser extensions, or use a different card. Some prepaid cards and certain international cards are declined by the payment processor — use PayPal as an alternative.
